Exquisite Entertainment has learned (and is continually learning) their clients' true needs. As one of the co-owners of Exquisite Entertainment, Sonny began his DJ career as a club DJ and radio personality in the Sacramento Area, but quickly became a sought-after DJ for weddings and private events. He earned the position of senior music program director for the Gatlin Brothers and America Live, a subsidiary of Harbridge International, and it was there that he developed his unique eye for finding DJ talent. Eventually, he traveled throughout the United States to other Harbridge properties to increase the entertainment value for its clientele, and was named the entertainment director for Harbridge.

While his duties included finding talented entertainers to create the right atmosphere for each club, restaurant, and private event, his real task was more elusive: "My goal with Harbridge was to go to each setting and learn the vision of the owners, managers, and the key players. Once I truly understood their vision, I shared and trained the talents to make it a reality. I believe the guests were the winners." It was his success that spawned the idea that he could do this for other people. He could make the visions of brides-to-be and grooms come to reality by listening, sharing their vision, and selecting his talented staff that would create the atmosphere of exactly what they had envisioned.
