Before your event, you will meet with us three times. The first meeting is to discuss your general wedding plans. During the second meeting, you will select your music. In the third meeting, we finalize all the details of your event.

First Consultation

This meeting held with our detailer is approximately six months prior to your wedding date, and takes approximately one hour. You will discuss the entire day so we can share your visions, and help turn them into reality.

Our event detailer will cover the following for the ceremony and/or reception:

  • system requirements
  • microphone needs
  • style of music to be performed (traditional and/or contemporary)

We will also discuss and design your reception events from the introduction of the bride and groom to the farewell dance.

Second Consultation

This consultation will take place with the DJ performing your wedding reception. The consultation will take approximately one hour and is held approximately 60 to 45 days prior to the wedding. We will cover the music for the wedding and reception.

If we are performing music for the ceremony we will discuss music for:

  • guest arrival
  • parents seating music
  • bridesmaids
  • processional & recessional

For the reception we will discuss music for:

  • introductions of the wedding party
  • cake cutting
  • bouquet and garter - Dedication, presentation, or tossing the bouquet and garter
  • Ceremonial dances - First dance, Parents dance, Bridal Party dance and Farewell dance

Third Consultation

This consultation held with your DJ, takes place approximately 14 days prior to your wedding, and is approximately 30 minutes.

At this planning session your DJ will review all the details discussed in the first two planning sessions. Additionally, any details that have not been completed will be discussed and finalized. Any remaining balance will be due at this time.
